What is the opportunity?

As a Sales Support Representative within the Field Sales - Sales Support Team, you will be responsible to support Field Sales Advisors and the Management Team in achieving business priorities and operational performance goals. You will provide superior sales support and assist in the achievements of Field Sales goals, while ensuring smooth operation and effective handling of functions. Furthermore, you will look for opportunities to increase sales efficiencies and growth where appropriate.

What will you do?

Complete policy reassignments as assigned by RDs on reassigning clients after off-boarding of an Advisor and communicate updates to LCCS, Wealth, Edge and IA, as well as get SFDC updated. Follow up on all.
Sort and mail copies of client correspondence to Advisors on a daily basis.
Prepare GSI quotations for the HNW team for GBS quotations and revisions
Provide FIO, Pending & Reinstatement Lapse reports to RVP’s, RD’s and/or Advisors on a monthly basis
Coordinate reporting requests (i.e. inforce listings) from the Field with head office partners
Provide sales support to our Field Sales Management and Advisors through providing Life and Living Benefits support to Advisors on running quotations, application completion, policy maintenance and RBC systems. (BIC, Marketing Central, Illustrations). Re-direct advisors for formal training to Advisor Development
Coordinate and communicate policy e-signature issues with the Advisor and Management
Validate and authorize use of Wealth Guarantee Signature stamp
Fulfill requests for Capsil screen prints and BIC client listings
Track and maintain contact lists for all field sales offices

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:
Must be fluently Bilingual in both English and French
Strong customer service focus
Excellent Time Management skills, Client Management and Problem Resolution Skills
Strong Computer literacy skills
Resourcefulness
