What is the opportunity?

In this role, you will manage the daily quality control of work received from the pension administration and refund administration teams. You will ensure accuracy of the work is thoroughly reviewed and validated prior to authorization.

What will you do?

Complete the daily audit review of all work processed within the business unit received from the Corporate client or pensioner
Ensure that backlog is kept to a minimum and that the goal of same day processing is achieved
Validate all transactions being processed to ensure that they comply with system regulations and are in accordance with the client/pensioner direction being received
Ensure that all transactions being processed are in accordance with different policies and procedures that need to be followed
Thoroughly check work to eliminate errors/overpayments and escalate any Audit Operational risks
Provide timely information as requested by Internal Audit
Ensure documents are kept with Due Diligence
Validate and approve entries on PRS, G+, BP Flex, EMP

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Experience in the financial industry
Knowledge of Pension and custody business
Strong knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements
Strong knowledge of Benefit Payment System and Operations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft
Client service and analytical skills

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of GPLUS system
Bilingual proficiency in French/English
