ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Supervisor–Plasma Donor Lounge, you are responsible for activities related to the running and operations of the centre.
More specifically, you:
Greet and register donors;
Conduct the physical exam and selection interview;
Provide good customer service throughout the client experience;
Collaborate in donor recruitment and retention, as well as achieving collection goals;
Take part in continuous improvement projects.
College diploma in nursing care or diploma of vocational studies in health, assistance and nursing care;
Member in good standing of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) or the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers auxiliaires du Québec (O.I.I.A.Q) with skill in drawing blood;
Significant customer service experience;
Must be available on a full-time basis from Monday to Friday as well as every other Saturday.
Strong interpersonal skills and team player;
Excellent approach to customer service;
Excellent sense of responsibility.
- Permanent part-time position, guaranteed 42 hours every 2 weeks (possibility of 70 hours every 2 weeks, depending on the centre’s needs);
- Flexible work schedule based on the operating hours of the centre;
- Tentative schedule: 6:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays (one Saturday out of two);
- Four weeks annual vacation, including the Christmas holiday period and summer construction holiday;
- Uniform provided.
