The Opportunity:
You will bring together strong technical skills and general insurance knowledge to support the Sales team and our clients in assessing and fulfilling their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Introduce and sell insurance services to current and future clients
  • Manage a prospect list from expiry dates (Xdates)
  • Contact prospects through phone and email
  • Respond on a timely basis to incoming web quotes
  • Achieve and excel monthly sales quotas
  • Complete the sales process while building a strong client relationship
  • Accurately record client activities in the company’s data base
  • Provide exceptional client service
Here’s what you bring:
  • High School Graduate
  • Experience with auto and personal lines insurance is considered an asset
  • Insurance Broker Level 1 License
  • Proven experience working in a sales quota driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, an active listener
  • Ability to explain complex information in a simple manner
  • A natural ability at building authentic client relationships
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion
  • Strong work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
