Dentalook, a network of dental practices across Canada is looking for a Southern Saskatchewan Regional Manager to join their team!

As a liaison between the corporate structure and the individual offices, the Regional Manager is responsible for the overall operational efficiency, direction, and administration of the assigned six dental practices in Southern Saskatchewan. They drive the vision, philosophy and corporate goals to all levels of the organization through strong leadership, positive collaboration, and coaching to inspire and draw out the best in every practice and team member.

General duties will include, but are not limited to:
Oversee daily operations at all levels in each regional office.
Establish quarterly and annual goals for each dental office, to ensure high quality patient care, a safe environment, and practice profitability.
Track, oversee and report KPI’s/metrics, expenses, and production levels for each clinic.
Create and implement protocols, policies, and procedures for new/all team members with Office Manager and implement
Take part in the employee life cycle including hiring, performance management, and exits.
Empower and hold teams accountable to maximize effective and efficient operations.
Represent Dentalook and act as a conduit between Dentalook home office and clinics.
Facilitate and encourage company culture, team building and coaching opportunities.
Identify and develop action plans to address performance gaps and capitalize on opportunities and strengths.

The ideal candidate will:
Have dental management experience
Have strong dental industry knowledge
Preferred 3 years of management experience in a multi-entity or multi-location organization
Self-starter with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
Superior attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Proven organizational, strategic planning, and implementation skills
Flexibility to pivot priorities in fast-paced environment

Please note this is a full-time, remote role with the expectation of travel to Home Office 1-2x per year and to the practice locations on a regular basis.
