We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to assist our Restaurant Manager with all the daily operations of the Drayton Chop House.

Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
  • Ensuring efficient restaurant operation
  • Maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Controlling operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Providing detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses to head office
  • Working along side the Restaurant Manager to hire and train staff to provide great customer experiences

To be successful in this position you must posses the following:

  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience in a leadership position
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
