As an SEM specialist, you need to have a solid foundation of paid-search along with excellent in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics.The SEM Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing paid marketing across various channels like Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing/Yahoo, AdRoll and more.

The responsibilities include:

  • Build, manage, & optimize Google Ads/ Facebook and Bing accounts to meet the customer’s KPI
  • Create, test, and optimize keywords and messaging to maximize reach, awareness, and new customer acquisition
  • Provide in-depth optimization suggestions based on account performance
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking including e-commerce, web leads and phone call
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google My Business
  • Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements into innovative Search strategies that excite clients, and exceed their objectives
  • Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and platforms
  • Coordinate all digital assets (i.e. copy, text, imagery, branding) for all online properties including websites and apps
  • Work collaboratively, coordinate and communicate with internal and external partners

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with paid marketing
  • Completion of Google Fundamentals, Google Advanced, Google Analytics and Bing certifications.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, understand metrics and make actionable items
  • Data driven with high attention to detail
  • Experience with analytical tools including Google Analytics
  • Have an amazing organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Able to work independently, but also as a team player with strong communication skills and collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A diploma/degree in digital advertising or marketing

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00 /year
