Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
A Human Resources degree will give candidates an edge in selection, as will more than 3 years experience in Human Resource Management.
Neither knowledge of the retail automotive industry nor automotive dealership experience is necessary. We already have expertise in dealership management, but require an expert in talent acquisition and human resource development.
We are looking for someone who will be comfortable with a fluid, adaptable, consultative approach. Come help us lead our industry into a customer facing future.
