Reporting to the Director, the Workforce Specialist will be the expert in workforce metrics, forecasting, scenario modeling & segmentation. You will have a sound understanding of workforce technologies and solve complex problems by providing a proactive analysis on business operations
This role will give you the chance to:
Apply and integrate predictive analysis and people metrics to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision making and recommend workforce priorities to the Director
Build and maintain strong relationships with the different business units and communicate effectively to staff members and the management team
Develop process analyses and designs while maintaining efficient, cost-effective, secure and integrated solutions
Ensure that the workforce planning practices framework is aligned with Intact’s strategy and provide planning expertise
Resolve system problems that arise and may affect departmental standards
Act quickly in a changing environment and stay abreast of the latest trends and approaches to workforce planning
Work on other tasks and projects as required
7+ years experience in workforce planning
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
Able to influence various stakeholder groups and convert strategy into action
Excellent project management and communication skills
Strategic thinker and not afraid to challenge the status quo
Strong analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Self starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
