Summary of functions**:

Under the supervision of the Regional Manager, the Commercial Roofing Sales Representative plays an active role in the development of this sector with roofing contractors. The employee must contribute his expertise in the sales to meet potential and regular clients. He must promote Lexsuco’s products and other distributed roofing systems. He must collaborate with the company’s various departments. The employee’s office will be partially located in our Toronto branch, but he will mostly be on the road.

Responsibilities*: *

  • Promote and position Lexsuco Branded products in the Commercial Roofing market
  • Visit job sites with contractors and or consultants
  • Maintain good communication with the clients and company;
  • Monitor projects closely;
  • Draft proposals;
  • Develop new clients and maintain the current clientele;
  • Learn and understand the system, products and methods of our team
  • Participate in meetings on evenings and certain weekends;
  • Meet the company’s strategic goals;
  • Any other relevant tasks.

Required training: **

  • Valid drivers license
  • Health and safety on construction sites, ie working at heights, WSIB
  • Reading of plans and specifications (an asset)

Required skills: **

  • Ability to read plans and specifications;
  • At least five (5) years relevant sales experience;
  • Independence;
  • Strong judgment and discretion;
  • Teamwork;
