As a Systems Administrator, you will assist with supporting all IT infrastructure, maintaining and updating server and client operating systems, providing technical support to internal users, and ensuring a secure network environment.


Provides technical support to all staff, across all distribution centers;
Creates and maintains user profiles across all applications
Troubleshoots problems with all devices, including: Printers, desktops, notebooks, handheld computers, etc;
Maintains all security software and appliances, including Sonicwall Firewall and Symantec Endpoint Protection;
Uses ticketing system to log all requests and escalate as required;
Performs daily backup tasks and verification;
Monitors server and client devices for vulnerabilities and deploys patches as they become available, sometimes outside of regular business hours;
Performs installation of new hardware and software as rolled out; and
Assists in day to day IT operations as required.

Though not required, the following would be considered an asset:
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 2008/2012 Servers
MCSM (Microsoft Certified Solutions Master)
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
MCSE SharePoint and Messaging
Superior customer service orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and change management procedures and roles
