Working from home, this role will require you to drive territory sales and run your operation like it's your own business. The successful incumbent would be one that has an entrepreneurial spirit, following the robust 6 week training provided by the organization to set you up for success. If you are a university graduate with a Kinesiology or Sciences background, this opportunity may be the best move you make!

The Role:
Will receive in-depth training on Orthopaedic procedures and products and will work towards achieving subject matter expertise
Warm calling to potential clients in the medical product industry
Meet, in person, directly with potential customers at hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices to sell the products
Arrange appointments with contracting officers, doctors and hospital medical teams
Build relationships with contracting officers
Supply management team with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Actively participate in continuous learning and development programs, such as technical updates and professional skills enhancement
Communicating customer feedback, tracking leads, forecasting, and other duties as required

The Candidate:
Must have University Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Management or Science and has some understanding of the Muskuloskeletal Anatomy
1+ years of experience (New Grads gladly accepted)
Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
Ability to travel 20%+

Excellent organizational skills
Service-oriented personality with strong customer service skills and ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
Excellent listening skills and an ability to quickly assess and analyze the customer's issues and offer them an appropriate solution(s)
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Self driven and motivated
Conditioned to work in an environment without management physically present
Must have car

Compensation and Benefits:
Healthy compensation with newly revamped commission structure
