1:30 PM-10:00 PM, Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off)

We looking for Customer Support Agent Evening Shift, analytic and computer skills. Salary: $16.50 /hour

Brain Finance is looking for enthusiastic Customer Support.Inbound email, SMS with analytic and computer skills. We are looking for a team player that believes in great customer support, who is passionate and driven, eager to learn new things. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

-Provide impeccable support to Brain Finance customers by live chat, e-mail and text messages.

-In-depth research and ensure customer follow-ups and identify customers’ needs and assign priority.

-Answer questions about the application process and application status.

-Provide technical assistance and problem solving for Mobile Apps, and website.

-Deal with complex problems/complaints acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

-Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager.

-Follow procedures and standards.

-Achieving the position’s performance objectives and expectations.

-Conduct the necessary training to acquire the desirable knowledge for the position.

Required Skills & Abilities

-Customer service oriented.

-Attention to detail Ability to work with CRM and call center system.

-Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred ,typing speed in excess of 60 WPM

-Customer service skills and interpersonal skills Ability for multitasking in a highly paced environment.

-Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

-Ability to accurately document and record customers’ information.

-Computer and web-savvy

-Good listener and call handling skills.

-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of a second language is an asset.

-3+ years of experience in customer service, loan underwriting, consumer lending, personal banking, Financing, technology or similar.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Passion for delivering a great customer experience.

-Impeccable judgment and acute attention to detail.

-Track record of high-performance.

-Familiarity with underwriting loans, financial statements, and payroll is a plus.

-Strong typing skills.

-Bilingual French is a plus.

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record and modify customer information within the database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
