G2 or better license required. All COVID protocols will be followed if required by the health department/ Ontario government. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Being able to explain project/contract details to project manager for smooth installation. Manage project if necessary. Updating lead status on software.

A aptitude for technology with computers and till handling. The ideal person would be willing to work 4-8 shifts per month to cover staff needing time off.

Auditing all deposits to ensure bank drops are done, cash and coin replaced in floats, ATMs are filled and hard counts are complete daily.

Personally communicate to clients for special store activity: new product arrivals, in-store events, and seasonal promotions. Part-time hours: 25-40 per week.

Develop and retain long-term clients (brand loyalty) and add new customers to the mailing list. Maintain knowledge and understanding of store sales goals.

Process quotes and sample/swatch requests producing detailed invoices, enroll new program members and handle client transactions over the phone, chat and email.
