| Customer Service Assistant EVRAZ North America has an opening for a Customer Service Assistant within our Calgary Sales office. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the Alberta Oil and Gas Industry, preferably from a sales point of view. He/she will have a University degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Technical degree with some sales exposure and experience. Ideally, he/she will have experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or have the ability to apply a Technical background from the Oil and Gas industry to a sales perspective. This individual must be able to work in a team environment and have advanced computer skills in MS Office. He/she must be well organized with strong communication skills and bring a passion for sales excellence to the work place. Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Assistant?s will perform clerical duties for customer service representatives. The customer service assistant will file invoices, prepare inventory reports, enter orders, manage phone calls, handle customer inquiries and respond to emails.
