| Application Support Analyst
Primary Accountability
Reporting to the Manager / Lead, Application Services and working closely with other team members,
you are responsible for supporting Sinopec Daylight Energy Ltd. key corporate solutions with duties
including, but not limited to:
Responsibilities
• Provide user support as it relates to our core applications including user set up, troubleshooting,
and investigating defects in a pleasant, professional manner
• Support basic data integrity and data reporting solutions with data owners
• Integrates data from multiple third party applications or repositories
• Assist the help desk to document all application related support calls, resolutions and follow-up
with users to ensure an acceptable solution has been reached
• Help build and enhance our software support processes
• Maintain and ensure that users have received the proper documentation and software updates
• Work with developers and / or vendors with the technical implementation of upgrades to
software systems and in-house developed solutions that integrate with multiple third party
applications
• Creates technical documentation as it relate.... |
