| Word Data Processing Clerk II - Records Management Clerk - (Job Number: 8760) 139700 Word Data Processing Clerk II - Records Management Clerk 8760 8760 The Edmonton Police Service requires a self motivated and energetic Records Management Clerk to image operational records in the Central Registry Unit. Responsibilities of this position include: Conversion of paper documents to electronic images using Kofax imaging software. Including batch capture, quality control and verification of documents to protect the integrity and authenticity of records. Ensuring industry standards are maintained. Uploading images onto a Records Management System (RMS). Utilizing custom software to link images to proper occurrences and entities to the RMS. Data entry for tracking imaged documents. Maintain appropriate workflow to meet the Edmonton Police Service's requirements. Completing Certificates of Capture certifying images are accurate and complete reproductions of original source document. Maintain imaging equipment. Performing other related duties as required. Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of .... |
