| Word/Data Processing Clerk II - Police Records Clerk - (Job Number: 8779) 140040 Word/Data Processing Clerk II - Police Records Clerk 8779 8779 This posting is for one permanent position and one temporary position with an expected end date of October 12, 2012 The Quality Assurance Unit of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) has an opportunity for two Police Records Clerks to enter police files onto the Records Management System (RMS). Responsibilities will include: Entering traffic ticket data onto RMS. Collecting, sorting, processing, distributing, and retrieving EPS documents on hard copy or on RMS. Proof reading, preparing, and statistical coding for RMS minor incidents. Detecting and referring classification errors identified through system edits. Performing other related duties. Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade including business subjects related to word and information processing or completion of an appropriate certificate program from an approved business school/college, supplemented by training in microcomputer applications. A minimum of two (2) years ersified word and information processing experience. Extensive data entry experience with a high degree of accur.... |
