| Position Summary POSITION OVERVIEW: This employee position will provide key support to the Well Servicing Superintendent and assigned geographic region. Specifically the incumbent will work closely with and support a multi-disciplinary team in planning & executing completion, repair and maintenance (R&M) projects and Abandonment projects. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include the following, but are not limited to: Ensure all aspects of company safety policies and documentation are adhered to on a daily basis; Support and advise well operations team on a daily basis to ensure that a safe, efficient and cost effective operation is carried out; Oversee multiple Well Site Supervisors and the execution of completion and workover programs on both new and existing wells in diverse fields throughout the region; Work closely and support multi-disciplinary team (engineering, geology, land, etc.) in planning and executing completion, R&M and Abandonment projects; Ensure accuracy of data input, by the Well Site Supervisor, into the well reporting system; Ensure compliance with government, regulatory and EH&S policies during all phases of work; Monthly field trips to inspect all.... |
