You are encouraged to apply online at www.markham.ca. Students will report to the Supervisor in Waste Management Operations and will assist in the daily operations of a 3-stream waste collection program, help implement new projects and assist with by-law compliance. The successful candidate will also represent the Town of Markham at fairs, festivals and other community events and assist with general waste management operations as assigned. Position requires up to 35 hours per week, working days, evenings and/or weekends as required. Job duties include: - Assisting with the research and implementation of new projects; - Assisting with the creation of education/promotional materials for new programs.... |
