| Title Warehouse Supervisor Job Type Permanent Job Description The Halifax office of Drake International is currently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our client located in Halifax, NS. This is a full time permanent opportunity. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: ? Managing a team of up to 30 warehouse distribution personnel in aspects of order selection, loading and shipping, replenishing, receiving, put away and/or stock rotation ? Effectively schedule warehouse personnel to achieve productivity objects within the warehouse ? Provide on-going coaching, training and motivation of new and existing employees to assist them consistently meeting company productivity and customer service standards ? Provide leadership and compliance on company safety programs, sanitation and loss prevention direction to warehouse associates ? Work closely with Inventory Control personnel to identify inventory problems, correct errors and maintain the accuracy of t he perpetual inventory ?
