| Warehouse Manager Brief Company Overview:Our client is a world renowned tier one auto supplier.Location:MississaugaJob Duties:-Responsible for the management of materials, receiving, warehousing and shipping activities within the plant-Accountable for meeting all targeted monthly goals (time and money sensitive)-Assist in developing procedures and policies involving warehouse activities, materials and receiving-Interface with multiple departments to stay in process for all systems-Work closely with the production scheduler to manage the warehouse layout and its integrity-Oversee schedules and reports and ensure outbound shipping schedules are maintained-Control and manage the Shipping and Receiving budget-Develop and maintain training programs for all Shipping and Receiving personnel-Manage and motivate all direct reports as necessary-Create and maintain a returnable container program-Maintain shipping communication boards: Customer Scorecards, FIFO, Safety and Quality-Maintain a safe working environment in all areas of the Warehouse and respond to safety concerns/issues in a timely manner-Develop systems and programs to insure effectiveness of the Department-Ensure Customer requir.... |
