| VP of Strategic Initiatives Vanguard Credit Union Limited The Position: This newly created position will be a member of the executive team, reporting to the CEO, the VP of Strategic Initiatives will lead the development and implementation of special projects that will support Vanguard ?s strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Education & Experience (desired): ? The successful candidate will have post-secondary degree/diploma in business administration or related field, with a strong background in Communications, Sales and Service, and Change Management. ? Extensive experience in a credit union/financial services environment, including communications, change and project management and process improvement. Skills and Abilities: ? A principle based decision maker with the ability to research and consider multiple facets and viewpoints to form sound recommendations. ? A person that can articulate and promote our vision, think strategically and translate this into results. ? Ability to collaborate with and understand the needs of senior leadership and their staff. ? Strong leadership skills; ability to drive change with strong influencing skills. ?
