| Position: VP Sales - Western Canada Reference: VP-W Location: Vancouver Industry: Beverage Alcohol Posted: January 25, 2012 Description: Our client, one of Canada’s leading beverage alcohol companies, is presently seeking a VICE PRESIDENT SALES . This key leadership role direct the entire Western Canada sales effort (Private and Public Sector markets, Inside and Outside Sales, Retail and On Premise Channels) across the four Western Canadian provinces ensuring that the business unit meets or exceeds the assigned financial and commercial performance goals. Other key responsibilities include: Leadership, Management & Business Planning Human Resource Management/Organizational Development Administration Management Key Customer Management Ideal Background: 10+ years’ experience of demonstrated sales leadership in the CPG or beverage alcohol sectors. Proven leader and team player with outstanding communication skills. The ability to create a strategic sales vision. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp the dynamics of a complicated and challenging business/sales organization. Strong analytic and financial acumen is imperative.
