| POSITION DETAIL Used Parts Counter person - 600 Oak Point - Winnipeg Department: Collision & Recycling Location: Winnipeg, MB Job Type: Full Time Professional Areas: Parts Description: Position Summary Sells used parts to customers by providing technical expertise and customer service to ensure profitable sale of parts and development of long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities Sales - Responds to parts requests for Maxim Collision and outside customers (MPI claims and used parts web page). Sells used parts over the phone and/or in person by correctly identifying parts needed, taking customer orders, quoting prices, creating purchase orders & invoices, billing out freight, and collecting payment. Also obtains shipping quotes and expedites if necessary as well as schedules sublet repairs. (60%) Performance Coaching Standards Positive customer feedback and repeat business Cash float balances at the end of the day and invoicing is done correctly Sales are received and profits are recognized 100% freight recovery on all incoming orders Records lost sales in Karmak to ensure Purchasers know there is no stock of certain parts and can re-order Ensure company policies are explain.... |
