Position: Unit Clerk Department: Maternal Child - Registration Status: Part-time (Must provide availability up to a .5 FTE) HHS employees may not hold 2 positions. If you are an HHS employee and apply to this posting, it will be assumed that you would be willing to resign from your current position if you were the successful applicant. Hours: All shifts as required (4, 8, & 12 hour days; 12 hour nights, alternate weekends) Site: Oakville Responsibilities : Duties will include a variety of reception and clerical functions including registering patients; answering telephone; completing requisitions; transcribing doctors' orders; scheduling appointments; ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies; preparing stretchers; filing; data entry on computer system; staff scheduling.
