| Truck Mechanic Job ID#: 1289 City: Melita - Click here to learn more about the city State/Province: Manitoba Job Description: New opportunities exist in Melita, Manitoba for experienced Truck Mechanics. Currently an established shop is accepting Journeyman Truck Mechanic applications and Mechanics must be conscious of all safety aspects, with an ability to produce top quality work. This role places a high regard on preventive maintenance, diagnosis, repairs, and replacement of defective parts. Mechanics will also be involved with inspections to ensure compliance with provincial legislations. 3rd or 4th year Apprentices will also be considered for this role.
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00/hour. Benefits are available after the 3-month probation period. Other incentives are seasonal overtime and subsidized rental accommodations (2 bedroom house) for the Technician and their family.
