Job Purpose: Summary of Duties
and Responsibilities: The Transportation Operator provides on site service to customers in the collection and transportation of waste materials or the delivery of recycled products.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve customer service and relationships.
• Identify and communicate customer issues and/or needs and act accordingly and professionally in a timely
manner.
• Complete daily assignments on-time and accurately including manifests, bills of lading, sampling and water
testing.
• Documentation of dangerous goods in compliance with TDG.
• Work within the guidelines of Transport of Canada Regulations.
• Complete log books legibly and accurately.
• Able to work with minimal to no supervision and keep on track with schedule.
