Responsibilities The Tissue Bank Customer Care Representative (CSR), reporting to the Manager of the Regional Tissue Bank, and in collaboration with the Co-leadership team, develops, validates, implements, executes and evaluates processes and data to support excellence in customer service. Customers are defined as the end users of tissues (surgeons, periodontists and dentists) and their representatives including nurses and purchasing agents and all other staff and stakeholders involved in tissue donation.
