| Test Technician Trouble Shooting / Diagnoses Technician Repair Technician To perform basic set ups and unit tests Verifies that equipment in test meets established standards and/ or customer order requirements To follow procedure in regards to performing test along the lines of technology, quality and test improvements TO handle trouble shooting and repairs Experience with Point to Point Wiring To manage work load and a timely manner Gathers and distributes data regarding product yields and defects to proper resources for quick response Mounting Soldering Performing Electrical tasks rather than electronic ones Performing functional tests on relays and switches Operating HTPOT and DOBLE Equipment experience Packaging and final inspection Tracking and charting defects, non-conformance issues and performance metrics Miscellaneous housekeeping duties Experience assembling hardware Ability to work with drill machinery Reading blue prints and transforming/ assembling parts as per the drawing specs.
