The successful candidate will support our discovery DMPK/In-Vitro ADME program. The position requires experience or aptitude in the conduct of in-vitro ADME assays (metabolic stability in microsomes and hepatocytes, plasma stability and plasma protein binding by equilibrium dialysis) and sample preparation for pharmacokinetic studies. Duties include directed in-vitro ADME assay execution for client test articles, biological sample extraction (i.e.: protein precipitation with organic solvents) .... |
