Principales responsabilités Assumer la responsabilité de la paie et des fonctions comptables reliées Préparation de la paie sur logiciel CÉRIDIAN Maintien des dossiers salaires des employés Support au département RH en réponse aux questions des employés relativement à leur bordereau de paie Production de manière électronique des écritures de paie à partir du logiciel en collaboration avec le service informatique Production des rapports statutaires reliés à la paie (T4, CSST etc.) Conciliation des bénéfices versés avec les factures des fournisseurs Diverses conciliations pour s’assurer de l’exactitude des registres comptables Suivi de l’émission et des annulations des cartes de crédit corporatives E xigen.... |
