The Technical Writer will produce both internal and external facing documentation including: online help, product manuals, instructional documents and knowledge-base articles. The successful candidate will work to deliver high-quality documentation and participate in department initiatives to improve documentation quality and processes.<br/><br/>The successful applicant will have:<br/><br/>• 2+ years related experience<br/>• Previous experience writing documentation<br/>• Able to interpret technical information and be able to relay it to non-technical users<br/>• Excellent planning, research, and writing/grammatical skills with the ability to express ideas clearly in writing<br/>• Superior proofreading and editorial skills<br/>• Strong technical aptitude<br/>• A demonstrated interest in new communication technologies, particularly those.... |
