Job type : Permanent Job description / Responsibilities Your mission as talent acquisition adviser at Alogient will be to find and attract new talent. Directly involved in Alogient’s growth, the person we’re looking for must be dynamic, self-reliant and resourceful to tackle awaiting challenges! The advisor in charge of staffing will: Publish available positions and find candidates using the different channels and tools available, participate in networking activities, job fairs and other activities fostering recruiting and increasing Alogient’s reach Filter CVs Conduct interviews and analyze candidates’ personality to ensure compatibility with internal corporate culture Introduce candidates to managers or customers, coordinate technical interviews Follow-up with candidates during the entire recruiting process Enter candidate information into our database Promote Alogient and its qualities as an employer Requirements Outgoing and very sociable, must have drive!
