| Systems Coordinator Location Guelph, Ontario Description QUALIFICATIONS : 2 or more years experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Familiar with TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 Standard Requirements Strong auditing experience (Lead Auditor training strongly preferred) Familiarity with SPC Clear communication in oral and written form Advanced Excel and MS Office skills Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Kanban, etc.) Must be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision Familiar with CAR ?s and PAR ?s, month end and NCR ?s an asset Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS), Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of the TS, Engineering, and Linamar Production Systems Assist in identifying strengths, weaknesses and training requirements related to the effective operation of these systems Train employees in Linamar Global Operating Systems and develop associated work instructions Maintain Engineering quotation system log, Engineering RFQ system log, Tooling and Cost claims, CAR/PAR log and monitoring, IFS purchasing P.O. function, IFS bill of materials function and other duties assigned by Engineering M.... |
