| Supply Chain - P.O. Buyer 3-5 years expr. Oil/Gas/Energy Oil and Gas Industry Contract Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry, is currently looking for a Procurement Representative. The scope of this position includes Procurement administration, services and procurement contracting. While working in Procurement, you will receive immediate exposure to international supply chain dynamics, advanced Procurement tools and techniques used in the contracting of goods and services. Job Duties Include: · Create and review RFQs. · Create and review purchase orders. · Confirm expected ship dates and unit cost, updating system. · Resolving errors on purchase orders as required including invoicing issues. · Manage PO acknowledgments. · Investigating and determining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non conformances). · Reviewing open Purchase Orders not printed. · Filing Purchase Orders. · Analysis data. · Set up, monitor and manage pricing agreements. · Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary. · Other duties as assigned.
