| Supervisor of Employee Benefits & Administration Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Supervisor of Employee Benefits & Administration is responsible for managing the areas of benefits, pension and payroll in the Human Resources Department. The Supervisor of Employee Benefits & Administration will provide supervision and direction to staff for day-to-day administration of payroll for approximately 1200 employees, OMERS pension plans and 27 different employee benefit plans. In this key role, you will participate on, and often act as team lead for, special projects related to Benefits, Payroll and Time and Attendance. Detailed job description available upon request. You will possess a diploma in a related field with emphasis in payroll and benefits administration with progressively responsible experience. Payroll and/or benefit certification (e.g. CEBS) and knowledge of JD Edwards would be considered assets. You are committed to professionalism and teamwork; possess a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary human resource practices with a strong emphasis on customer service and communication skills.
