Marie Job Type and Duration: Part Time Job Description: Super 8 Meet & Greet Monday January 16th & Tuesday January 17th 10:00am-3:00pm 184 Great Northern Road Just One of Several Positions Available Includes: Part-Time Night Auditor (Wage to be Negotiated) Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to promote and maintain the highest level of integrity and customer service to all patrons, guests, and employees, and maintain efficient operation of the Front Desk. In addition, auditors are also required to balance the payment totals for the motel everyday. Position Detail: ?Checks guests into and out of hotel. ?Answers phones, giving information and processing calls as necessary. ?Makes reservations, and posts all charges to guest folios. ?Receives messages and wake up calls and ensures their delivery. ?Completes all end of shift reports and balances all daily paperwork for night audit deposits. ?Responsible for running all night audit reports. ?Maintains a clean and neat working area. ?Maintains a log of maintenance problems and reports safety and security hazards to proper auth.... |
