| Summer Student Instrumentation Engineering Technology Field Operating Summer Student - Instrumentation Engineering Technology - Field Operating - 08175 Description Husky Energy has one Instrumentation Engineering Technology summer student position available for the May 1 - August 31, 2012 term. This position is within Ram River area and is located at Husky's Ram River Gas Plant and local field. This position is open to post-secondary students who are interested in gaining experience in the oil and gas industry and who will be returning to school in September 2012 . Recent graduates are not eligible for this opportunity. Key responsibilities may include: Assisting Journeymen Instrumentation Tech's complete daily work assignments Safety support Mask work Transmitter calibrations as per regulatory compliance and production accounting guidelines Valve repairs as required Gas and fire detection calibrations PM procedure building Qualifications Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Valid driver's licence (although opportunities for driving alone are seldom) Mechanical aptitude Registered in a Technical Instrumentation program Willingness to learn and stay on task Sa.... |
