| Structural Engineer Key Responsibilities Execute the project design of steel, concrete and masonry structures for new facilities, additions and renovations Providing technical guidance and estimates for assigned projects and designs Technical specification writing Work in a project team responsible for the design of structural systems for municipal and industrial developments Participate in the structural design process from basic schematics through to working drawings Perform detailed design calculations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering Relevant experience in the dissection of diverse structures. Expert in design and calculation tools. Hold a valid P.Eng. license Minimum 10 years of related experience Previous experience designing concrete, steel and masonry structures. Strong knowledge of the National and Provincial Building Codes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingualism considered an asset.
