This role involves independent decision making and judgment. Operational and financial success can be attributed directly to the judgment, decisions and execution of the Store Manager. Although guided by, and reporting to the District Manager, the StoreManager has significant latitude in decision-making and is accountable for their results. This position allows for considerable innovation and entrepreneurial initiative which is reflected in the degree of decision-making and judgment required.
