The incumbent will collaborate with families to identify educational needs by establishing goals for discharge and will foster a willingness to work in Home Care service delivery. SHIFTS: Flexible shifts, Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays QUALIFICATIONS: - Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing required (candidates with commensurate experience and education will be considered). - Current registration or eligibility for registration with College of Registered Nurses of Nova Scotia (CRNNS) required. - Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary life support (BCLS) required. - Valid Nova Scotia driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance covera.... |
