| Sport and Event Coordinator - Athletics & Recreation This posting is in effect from January 24, 2012 to February 6, 2012, closing at 4:30 pm. Please be advised that effective March 5, 2012, there is an ongoing, full-time position for a Sport and Event Coordinator ? Athletics & Recreation. The hours of work will be as follows, subject to change depending upon departmental requirements. Due to the seasonal nature of the events and sports programs offered by TRU, the hours of work for this position are separated as follows: Summer Events/ Sport Camps March 1 to August 31 Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Intercollegiate Events/ Sports September 1 to October 31 Monday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm November 1 - End of February Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Friday & Saturday: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision of the Director, Athletics and Recreation, the Sport and Event Coordinator is responsible for the following key responsibilities: ?
