| Site Support Professional Job Number: 795470 Work type: Full time Location: Toronto SUMMARY This position will be responsible for all aspects of IT infrastructure and end user support at the site. As such, the individual must have experience with PC/laptop management, (including imaging, deployment, management, maintenance, refresh and recycling), printer management, server administration, facilities management and telecom/network management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manages the Helpdesk queue for the site. Manages and maintains the fleet of PCs and laptops at the site. Manages and maintains the fleet of printers at the site. Performs 1 st level Server support and provides eyes and hands for the central server teams. Performs 1 st level Telecom support and provides eyes and hands for the central Telecom teams. Designs and maintains site inventory and documentation. Participates in local facilities management (Fire Suppression; HVAC, Electrical) Develops and maintains a positive relationship with clients, colleagues and vendors. Be willing to work off-hours and weekends, as needed. Communicates effectively with management at all levels with excellent written and verbal .... |
