Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Responds to and/or directs telephone calls coming to and from the Foremen and trades; Coordinates home plans/drawings, customer changes (CE), exterior and interior color selection sheets for distribution to the Foreman; Organizes and coordinates Foreman schedules and meetings; Provides Building Order Revisions to Foreman; Coordinates Inspection packages for City Inspectors (i.e. excavation, framing and grading); Coordinates City inspections on a daily basis to ensure all inspections are performed; Communicates with City services in order to locate wires and cables prior to digging; Prepares and distributes internal and external correspondence including internal office, email and faxes; Responds to faxes, files, invoices and then stores documents and paperwork according to trades; Organizes electronic and hard copy files; Orders and keeps track of office supplie.... |
