| Title Shipper/Receiver Job Type Permanent Job Description Our client in the Hamilton area is looking for a shipper/receiver to join their full-time team. In this position you will be responsible for gathering and keeping records on incoming and out going shipments. Comparing and identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments. Verifying information against bills of lading, invoices and orders. This candidate will also be responsible for various warehouse duties. Responsibilities - Loading and unloading large components - Packaging sensitive components and building custom wood crates required - Shipping/Receiving and warehouse duties. - Preparing documents such as commercial invoices, packing slips, shipping quotes and certificates of origin. - Scanning hard copies of drawing into electronic form - Up dating and maintaining in-house system - Assist in the coordinating of electronic project documents submitted by supplies - Assist in maintaining engineering tool inventory Requirements - Minimum one years experience in logistics - Must have experience driving forklift - Good oral and written communication skills - Computer literate (MS .... |
