| Service Manager Job No. 2012012301 Location: Halifax Position Profile The Service Manager is responsible for managing the business of Roofing services, installation, maintenance and repair, and serving clients of commercial properties, industrial and institutional facilities. Responsibilities: Business Development/Marketing Ability to creatively develop new clientele. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, roof consultants and product representatives. Establish and maintain contacts with suppliers and contractors in the industry. Responsible for developing and implementing a marketing plan to grow from a three truck to six truck service and maintenance department within 16 months. Operations Hiring and managing of employees, including performance reviews and goal setting. Training employees in order to standardize the expertise of the service team and link them to the company's mission and vision. Complete and/or review quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs & mechanical upgrades. Prepare and/or review roof reports with photos, roof CAD drawings and quotes Scheduling and coordination of many service crews. Financial Full profit and loss responsibility. Und.... |
