| Title Service Engineer GTA 5667 Overview The Service Engineer will evaluate and implement manpower and systems projects designed to reduce operating expenses, increase revenues and improve customer service. These projects will be implemented through a mixture of both interface and field management techniques. Responsibilities Consult with management in the areas of field operations and facility planning Provide input for the budget process Prepare, analyze and monitor long range plans for various facilities and regions Provide analysis and recommendations regarding expansion, new products, procedures, vehicle equipment and manpower needs Evaluate and coordinate the implementation of new and existing products Provide technical training to field personnel through workshops, seminars and one-on-one sessions in such areas as operations, contingency planning, productivity, cost effectiveness and manpower scheduling Monitor, analyze, recommend and assist in implementing ways to improve productivity, service and cost performance in all areas of operations in conjunction with field management Serve on special corporate study teams established to investigate and/or implement projects relati.... |
