| Service Delivery Manager Job ID 11864 Position Overview / Vue d’ensemble du poste The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for providing an effective interface between Services and the accounts, and to provide a single, defined point of entry and accountability into Metafore account and client requirements. The Service Delivery Manager will liaise with client delivery teams to provide delivery improvements and insure Metafore provides continuous improvement to our client engagements. Responsibilities / Responsabilités Accountabilities • Account Delivery Planning – responsible for maintaining the account relationship and working with the account to define the account strategy, direction and operational requirements. • Service Delivery Integration – responsible for coordinating, monitoring and measuring the delivery of leveraged and locally delivered services. • Add-on Sales Support – responsible for providing sales support for account add-on sales. • Accept performance measures which are linked to both the accounts objectives and to Services overall objectives. • Proactively solicit and analyze Client feedback to ensure service satisfaction and optimal service delivery.
