Main Responsibilities 1. Collect information related to telecommunication needs expressed by the client. Analyze and recommend solutions. Develop thorough proposals including technical and financial elements. 2. Design engineering for telephony solutions. Produce drawings and specifications for achievement of tasks related to the selected solution. Make sure of good solution integration in the customer environment and processes 3. Analyze new products, software version and make recommendations. Produce plans for new solution introduction tests. Ensure technical testing is made. 4. Coordinate tasks required for the implementation of the solution chosen by the client. Provide follow-up to ensure terms of specifications are complied with. 5. Recommend upgrades,.... |
